1. Academic Performance and Results Disclaimer

• No Guaranteed Outcomes: While our structured syllabus, step-by-step guidance, and printed revision packs are designed to maximize student comprehension and confidence, we do not guarantee specific examination results, letter grades (e.g., an automatic ‘A’ pass), or competitive island ranks.

• Individual Effort: Final academic performance in school term tests and the G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) examination depends directly on individual student attendance, homework completion, active participation, and personal study commitment. We disclaim any liability for academic outcomes resulting from inconsistent practice or uncompleted assignments.

2. Live Zoom Sessions and Technical Limitations

• Student Connectivity: We strive to deliver stable, high-definition live Zoom broadcasts. However, the Academy is not liable for missed class instruction caused by end-user technical failures, including local power cuts, device breakdowns, or internet service provider (ISP) outages experienced on the student’s end.

• Recording Accessibility: Where classes are missed due to unforeseen circumstances, students may access catch-up recordings hosted on our Learning Management System (LMS), subject to standard network availability and account standing.

3. Tutorial Dispatch and Courier Transit

• Third-Party Logistics: While we provide 100% free home delivery of monthly printed tutorial booklets across all 25 districts of Sri Lanka, transit times are handled by registered domestic courier services and the Department of Posts.

• Delivery Delays: The Academy is not responsible for transit delays caused by inaccurate recipient addresses, unreachable contact numbers, extreme weather events, or regional postal disruptions beyond our direct operational control.

4. Intellectual Property Notice

All physical booklets, Zoom screen materials, past paper models, and proprietary notes are developed solely for the enrolled student’s personal educational use. Any unauthorized recording, reselling, or public dissemination of our proprietary teaching materials is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
