• Delivery Address: Physical residential address, postal code, and district for monthly dispatch of printed tutorials and examination past paper packs.

• Billing and Payment Records: Bank transfer slips, transaction references, or payment receipt acknowledgments. (Note: We do not capture or store credit/debit card numbers or sensitive banking credentials on our servers).

• Technical and Usage Data: IP address, browser type, and log data when accessing our LMS and recorded lessons.

2. Legal Basis and Purposes of Processing

In compliance with the PDPA of Sri Lanka, we process your personal data under the lawful bases of contractual necessity, explicit consent, and legitimate educational interests:

• Scheduling and delivering live Zoom class sessions and sharing meeting credentials.

• Delivering printed tutorial booklets and past paper revision kits directly to your doorstep with zero shipping costs.

• Managing student profiles on our LMS platform to facilitate 24/7 access to recorded classes and study resources.

• Enabling direct homework assessment, student progress monitoring, and individual math doubt resolution personally by teacher Shammika Deshan.

• Sending essential academic schedules, class reminders, and administrative updates via WhatsApp and SMS.

3. Protection of Minors (Children’s Privacy)

Our educational programs are tailored for school-going minors aged 11 to 17 (Grades 6 to 11). In adherence to Sri Lankan legal frameworks:

• Personal data of minors must be provided and authorized by a parent or recognized legal guardian.

• We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information directly from children without verifiable parental or guardian consent.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

We maintain a strict anti-monetization policy regarding user data:

• No Commercial Sale: We never sell, rent, lease, or trade personal data to third-party marketing companies or advertisers.

• Authorized Logistics Partners: Necessary delivery information (recipient name, shipping address, and phone number) is shared exclusively with certified courier services or the Department of Posts, Sri Lanka, strictly for tutorial dispatch.

• Legal Obligations: Data may be disclosed if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority under the jurisdiction of Sri Lanka.

• Security Safeguards: We deploy industry-standard technical and organizational security controls to protect collected information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or accidental destruction.

• Retention Policy: Personal data is retained only for the duration of the student’s active enrollment and for an appropriate operational period thereafter to facilitate record verification, re-enrollment, or compliance with tax and statutory requirements under Sri Lankan law.

As a data subject (or as a parent/guardian acting on behalf of a minor student), you have statutory rights, including:
